Carbide blade guides are used to support the saw blade and keep it aligned during the cutting process. The Cut Watcher carbide is mounted in the sensor part of the Cut Watcher system and the blade runs agains it. The guide insert is made from a hard-wearing material such as tungsten carbide, which is highly resistant to wear and tear.
