Our technical assistance hotline is not outsourced and does not read from a scripted flow chart.  The tech line is not meant to help you rebuild your saw over the phone or talk you through a major repair.  The tech line is provided to help you diagnose issues with the hope of providing a quick fix over the phone and if a quick solution is not available we will help set up a service technician to come out and fix the issue.
